Chelsea Cook - Program director
Chelsea has been a member of Ascension of Christ Lutheran Church for 27 years serving in various capacities including Director of Children Ministries. She has worked as an Assistant Infant Teacher before earning the Infant Toddler Child Development Associate Credentials to become the Infant Lead Teacher. Soon after, Chelsea was promoted to Assistant Program Director where she served for five years prior to ascending into the role of Program Director. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Children and Families from the University of Michigan.

Sharon wearing - preschool coordinator & pre-k teacher
Mrs. Wearing has been teaching preschool for the last 25 years and has a passion for working with children of this age group. She attended Concordia University in Seward Nebraska where she earned a B.S. in Early Childhood Education. She received her Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Oakland University. She is married with three grown daughters and is a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Fraser.
